Welcome

PCCSU is a beacon to the recovery community.

The Pitt County Coalition on Substance Use (PCCSU), formerly The Pitt County Coalition on Substance Abuse (PCCSA) was established out of the Eastern North Carolina Council on Substance Abuse (ENCCSA) in the fall of 2002 as a new sector of the community battling against substance use.

Our mission is to bring about a community in which youth reject substance use, adults utilize low risk choices regarding substance use, and treatment services are available to those in need.

Helping Create
Safer
Communities.

Parent Pledge

One way community members and parents can help prevent youth from accessing alcohol is by taking measures at home. This includes pledging to not provide alcohol to those underage the age of 21, monitoring alcohol in your home, not purchasing large quantities of alcohol for your home that can’t be secured, and locking up the alcohol in your home.

PCCSU would love to join you in making this pledge by completing the information below. When you complete this online form, PCCSU will reach out to you and provide you additional information.
